1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. sorghum molasses
1 tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
¾ c. lard
1½ tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
sugar for rolling cookies in

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and let stand 20 minutes.
Add 2 c. flour.
Make into small balls.
Roll in granulated sugar
Bake at 350º 10 minutes
