2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2-1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 T vanilla

FROSTING:

1 lb or 4 cups XXX sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture, alternate with milk. Add zucchini and vanilla.

Grease 15x10x1 pan. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

Cream margarine, add sugar and cocoa. Alternate with milk, add vanilla.
