10 cups water
½ pkg smoked ribs
1 ½ tbsp salt
1 lb green beans
2 large carrots (finely chopped or shredded)
½ medium onion (finely chopped)
1 summer savory bunch
¾ cup whipping cream
¾ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat and 1 ½ tbsp salt in 10 cups of water and cook for 30 minutes.

Prepare beans and cook in water until roll over (bubbles), next, strain the beans and put in meat water, then cook for 30 minutes.

Prepare onion and carrots and put them and summer savory in meat water when beans have cooked in meat water for 30 minutes. Now cook for another 30 minutes.

When done, stir together whipping cream and sour cream, add to soup and stir.
