2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla
(1) 20 oz can crushed pineapple
2 cups plain flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup nuts
2 cups cream cheese frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Stir in undrained pineapple. Combine flour, baking powder and soda. Add to egg mixture. Stir just until well combined. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 350º for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Spread frosting on cooled cake.
