1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened ( room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups plain flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 cup boiling water
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together margarine, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add to the creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in water. Beat until smooth (batter will be thin)

Pour into a greased & floured 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes our clean. Cool on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
