Skillet Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Chicken Breast
Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper
1 onion, chopped
minced garlic
1 jar of tomato sauce
2 T. sugar
Bow tie pasta- cooked
Mozzarella cheese
Ricotta cheese
Fresh basil

Cut chicken breast into cubes.
Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
Brown in skillet.
Take chicken out and set aside.
Add chopped onion and garlic. Continue to cook.
Add cooked and drained bowtie pasta to cooked onion.
Add chicken and mozzarella cheese to pasta.
Mix 2 T. into the ricotta cheese.
Drop dollops (large spoonfuls) of ricotta cheese on top of pasta
Stir around and then top with fresh basil.
