2 Zucchini
1 pound loose sweet sausage
1 egg
cup grated cheese
Bread crumbs
tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the zucchini down the middle lengthwise
Scoop out zucchini leaving hollow boats.
Brown the sausage.
Chop the zucchini that you scooped out and add to the sausage, Cook down a little.
Mix the egg, grated cheese and bread crumbs into the sausage mixture.
Stuff the zucchini with the mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Drizzle tomato sauce over zucchini.
Bake another 15 minutes.
