¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 T. chopped garlic
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¾ cup olive oil

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients except for the oil together until the salt and sugar dissolves.
Add olive oil.

I make this in a mason jar because it is easy to shake. This is Steve, Alex and Isabella's favorite dressing. Steve likes to emulsify the dressing so it seems thicker. Enjoy! I remember the Christmas that the kids gave me stainless steel salad tongs. Alex was so proud of this gift and told me that they would last long after I was gone.
