Ingredients:  
Crust: 2 sticks butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups flour, 1 tsp vanilla

Topping: 4 large apples peeled and sliced, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon

Filling: 16 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla

Mix all the crust ingredients together. Press into springform pan. Pour filling in crust, put apples over and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and almonds. Bake for 35 minutes at 400
