6 tb butter
1 1/2 cups half and half
3 beaten yolks
3 tb wine
1/2 tsp salt
1 can lobster meat
2 tb flour
2 tb lemon juice
Toast and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk. Cook until mixture bubbles. Stir a small amount of the yolks into the mixture. Return back to pan, cook. Add the rest of the ingredients.

This is the ultimate recipe I make on Christmas Eve. The quadruple this recipe and there are no leftovers! Soooo good!
