3 eggs
2 tb orange rind
1/4 cup oil
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs till thick. Add juice and oil. Sift flour and powder. Knead. Let rise 1 hour. Divide into 4 balls. Roll and fry each. Dilute honey with water and drizzle over. Sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon.


Topping: 2 cups honey, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup ground nuts, cinnamon.
