2 1/2 lb spareribs
7 tbsp. spicy hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. spicy hot ketchup
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. soya sauce
4 cloves garlic crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above together and spread on the ribs, then put ribs whole in oven and cook until soft. Keep basting on both sides till sauce gets finished. When tender and golden brown cut in pieces and serve. Cook the ribs at 350ºF (watch them to prevent burning).
