Cake:
1 package yellow cake mix - sugar free
1 small can Mandarin oranges w/juice (approx. 11 oz.)
4 eggs
1 c. oil

Frosting:
1 large Cool Whip (8 oz)
1 large can crushed pineapple w/juice (20 0z)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding (3.5 oz)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together. Put in 9 x 12 rectangle pan, or 2 8" square pans, and bake 30-35 min. @ 350º.

Mix frosting ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
