2 Tbsp. Chicken Fat or Butter
⅓ C. Flour
1 C. Chicken Broth or Milk
1 C. Cream or Water
2 C. Boiled Chicken (shredded)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken fat or butter in a pan, add flour & blend until smooth. Add broth (or milk) slowly, stirring constantly. Cook with occasional stirring until sauce boils & thickens. Add Cream, chicken and seasonings. Continue cooking until chicken is hot through. Serve over biscuits or toast.

This was Aunt Peggy's favorite food Mom made. She asked her to make it whenever she came to visit.
