Amish Macaroni Salad Recipe

1 cup macaroni
1/2 cup diced celery
2 T relish or minced sweet pickle
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 slice onion, minced
2 hard boiled eggs

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 T sugar
1 tsp vinegar
3 T cream

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water. Drain and run under cool water. Place in a bowl.
Add celery, carrots, relish and onion. Mix.

Set aside and mix dressing ingredients, adding vinegar slowly.

Mix dressing with salad and top with sliced or diced hard boiled eggs. May also be mixed into salad.
