3 pkg. (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 large eggs
1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Spoon into foil muffin cups. Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.

Top with pie filling. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 2 dozen.
