1 ½-2 lb. salmon steaks or fillets
¼ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. ground coriander
1 T. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
½-1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of pepper

Directions:

Mix all the seasonings together and brush lightly on one side of salmon.

Spray grill machine with cooking spray. Broil on high for 5-6 minutes per inch of thickness.
