Directions:
Soak chicken pieces in buttermilk and salt at least an hour (overnight is better).
Pat dry and cover with spice mix. Preheat gas grill on high for 15 min and sear meat 5 min on each side before cooking through. Turn off half of the grill's burners and move chicken to an area of indirect heat. Cover and let cook with indirect heat about 40 min or until breast reads 164º with a thermometer. The legs and wings will be done sooner. Remove and keep warm until all chicken is ready. Serve with BBQ sauce.
