1 lb ground beef, lean
2 eggs
15 oz Ricotta cheese
4 cups mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
2 jars, 24 oz each, pasta sauce, or 6 cups homemade
1 box Barilla© No Boil lasagne

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. oil or spray a 9x13 pan.(use deep pan)

Brown meat, drain. In a small bowl combine ricotta, eggs, parmesan and 2 cups mozzarella.

Layer: 1 cup sauce, four pasta sheets, 1/3 ricotta mixture, half of beef, 1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup sauce
4 sheets pasta, 1/3 ricotta,1 1/2 cup sauce
4 sheets pasta, remaining ricotta and meat, 1 cup sauce
4 sheets pasta, remaining sauce and mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake until bubbly, about 50-60 minutes. Uncover and cook five more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
