8 strips of Nova lox or cold-smoked salmon
c. cottage cheese
c. cream cheese
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 T. finely chopped dill
fresh ground black pepper
chives

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill until smooth and well blended. Season with pepper.

Lay the smoked salmon strips out on a clean surface. Evenly divide the cheese mixture between them. On each strip, place the mixture at one end.

Roll the strips. Secure each with a chive.

Refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 days.
