1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups quick oats
3/4 cup Crisco
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda together. Add Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add oats and raisins. Mix. Drop onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on racks.
