4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb. each)
lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c. baby carrots, halved lengthwise
1 c. frozen pearl onions, thawed
c. sweet red pepper, cut in strips
1 tsp. thyme
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten breasts. Place each chicken breasts on an individual square of heavy duty aluminum foil. Season chicken. Layer vegetables over top of each piece and season vegetables. Close aluminum foil squares to make individual packets. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 375.
