10 pommes de terre
4 oignons émincés
1 c. à soupe de thym
1 c. à soupe de sel
Une pincee de poivre
3 tasses de bouillon de volaille

Directions:
Directions:
Couper les pommes de terre en fines rondelles et émincer les oignons. Mettre les pommes de terre et les oignons dans un grand bol et ajouter le sel, le thym et le poivre. Mélanger à la main.
Beurrer un grand moule à gratin et le remplir de pommes de terre en les aplatissant bien. Mouiller de bouillon de volaille et faire cuire jusqu’à ce que le bouillon se soit évaporé et que les pommes de terre prennent de la couleur.
