250 g (1/2 lb) de bacon fumé
2 pommes de terre tranchées
1 tasse de carottes tranchées
1 tasse de céleri tranché
1 tasse d'oignons tranchés
2 tomates tranchées
Thym et paprika
Sel et poivre

Directions:
Beurrer un plat allant au four et y déposer tous les ingrédients dans l’ordre, en couches successives. Au goût, ajoutez une couche de bacon à mi-hauteur. Saler et poivrer. Ajouter le thym et le paprika. Faire cuire au four à 180°C (350°F) pendant 1 heure. Servir tiède.
