3 TBSP COCONUT OR ALMOND MILK
1 & 1/2 TBSP XYLITOL
1/4 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
SHRED COCONUT IF DESIRED

MIX IN SMALL BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH

PLACE BATTER IN TWO SMALL MUGS AND SPRINKLE WITH SHREDDED COCONUT

BAKE OVER COOKIE SHEET AT 350 FOR 25 MINUTES
