3-4 Lb Ham Shoulder (may also use leftover ham)
2 16oz. bags Frozen Green Beans
3-4 Medium size Potatoes
2 cups water or vegetable stock

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes.
Place ham in slow cooker. Add potatoes and green beans. Add water or stock. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, adding water if necessary.
