2 CUPS SUGAR
2 CUPS FLOUR
1 CUP COCA COLA
1 CUP BUTTER
3 HEAPING TBSP COCOA
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
2 WHOLE EGGS BEATEN
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

ICING:
1 CUP BUTTER
6 TBSP COCOA
12 TBSP COCA COLA
2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
2 LBS POWDER SUGAR

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350

SIFT FLOUR AND SUGAR AND SET ASIDE
COMBINE BUTTER, COCOA, COLA IN SAUCE PAN AND BRING TO LOW BOIL
POUR LIQUID OVER FLOUR / SUGAR MIXTURE

DISSOLVE BAKING SODA IN BUTTERMILK (DONT USE METAL SPOON) AND POUR OVER MIXTURE IN BOWL. BLEND IN EGGS AND VANILLA. ONCE ALL MIXED POUR INTO GREASED 9X13. BAKE 45 MINUTES AT 350.

ICING:
BRING BUTTER, COCOA, AND COKE TO BOIL. STIR IN VANILLA AND POWDERED SUGAR.
MIX WELL. POUR OVER CAKE.
