Potato Salad Recipe

5 lb Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 Lg. Jar Miracle Whip
8 oz. Chopped Dill Pickles or Dill Pickle Rellish
1 doz. Hard Boiled Eggs (peeled)
Yellow Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish

1. Cook potatoes until fork tender, drain, put in a large bowl.
2. Add pickles and 9 chopped eggs.
3. To this add 1 large squirt of mustard, 3/4 jar of Miracle Whip, salt and pepper.
4. Mix all ingredients together. If dry add more Miracle Whip.
5. Smooth top of salad. Slice remaining eggs and arrange on top of salad.
6. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill and serve
