1 Can (20 oz.) Pineapple Chunks (drain, saving juice)
½ C. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
⅓ C. Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Can (11 oz.) Mandarin Oranges (drained)
3-4 Unpeeled apples, chopped
2-3 Bananas (sliced)

Directions:

1. Drain pineapple, reserve 3/4 C Juice.
2. In a saucepan combine sugar & cornstarch. Add ¾C pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly; then cook and stir 1 minute longer.
3. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. In a bowl combine: pineapple chunks, oranges, apples & bananas.
5. Pour warm sauce over the fruit. Stir gently to coat.
6. Cover and refrigerate.
