4 lg cans sweet peas
4 hardboiled eggs
3 slices onion, chopped
Mayo till thick enough
½ C. cubed cheese (crumbled or shredded cheddar)
onion powder
celery salt
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop hard boiled eggs and add to the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise until thick enough.

Mike's note: Liz (Morgan's mom) made a pea salad for several family events and I eventually got Katelyn to learn how to make it. Morgan and Katelyn eventually came up with this incarnation. Any time they make this I dive in for some. It is excellent.
