4 slices bacon
2 thin cut chicken breast cut to bite size
A clove or two fresh garlic
1 small onion
1 bell pepper
1 pkg hidden valley ranch dry dressing mix
1˝ C. chicken broth
1˝ C. water
1˝ C. dry noodles
Pepper jack cheese to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and set aside. Salt and pepper chicken and Brown in bacon grease. Cut onion, garlic and pepper and sauté until tender. Add broth, water, dressing mix and noodles. Simmer until noodles are tender. Top with cheese and bacon.
