2 heads escarole
Garlic
Pasta
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1 small block of grated cheese cut into cubes
about 10 slices if american cheese cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
wash escarole break up into pieces
put in pot add olive oil
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
cover and cook until escarole is tender
add your grated cheese cubes and white american cheese until is melts.
cook pasta of spaghetti whatever you prefer to your tenderness and
drain and add to escarole top with cheese and enjoy.
