1 pkg. lean ground turkey
c. almond meal
⅓ c fresh parsley, chopped
tsp. garlic salt or finely minced garlic
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Add-ins: Italian seasoning, dried parsley, additional pepper, etc.
Optional: tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Bake in a baking pan or casserole dish until cooked through, no pink inside, approximately 30 minutes.

If desired, warm tomato sauce in a separate pan and add when finished.
