8 oz. crab meat(I use canned)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 medium garlic clove, finely chopped
1 medium green onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/3 c. Of drained juice from crab meat or use chicken broth)
2 Tilapia fillets
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. panko breadcrumbs
pinch salt & pepper
pinch smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic, green onion and parsley in butter for 3 – 4 minutes.
Add the broth, reduce heat for two minutes.
Add the crab meat and sauté for an additional minute.
Remove from the heat and fold in the lemon juice, parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
Season the fillets with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
Top the fillets with the crab mixture and bake at 400° on an oiled baking pan for 12 – 14 minutes or longer, depending on the thickness.
Broil the fillets on high for the last 2 minutes to get a nice crispy top.
