1 lb. salmon, cut into 4 pieces
1 bay leaf
4 whole black peppercorns
1 lemon, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 inches of water, peppercorns, and bay leaf in a large skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add salmon.

Cook filets uncovered for 4-8 minutes (until fish flakes easily with a fork). Remove with a slotted spoon.

Serve with dill sauce. Garnish with lemon slices.
 

Easy Dill Sauce (dairy)

c. paleo mayonnaise
c. plain yogurt (not Greek-style)
2-3 T. fresh dill, minced
1 green onion, minced

Combine and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
