6 hard-boiled eggs
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. mustard
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard in a bowl.

Let the eggs cool before cutting into quarter wedges. Place them in a shallow serving bowl. Add salt and pepper. Pour the dressing on top.
