Caesar Salad

1 large head romaine torn into bits
2-3 cloves garlic minced
Optional 4 anchovy fillets chopped very fine
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1tbs.fresh parsley chopped
few drops tabasco sauce & Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbs. white wine & 1 tbs wine vinegar. You can use 2 tbs of either if needed
3/8 cup olive oil & 3/8 cup sour cream or 3/4 cup olive oil.

Combine all ingredients for dressing in bowl. Add washed and torn leaves and toss.
