2 BELGIAN WAFFLES
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 egg yolk
1 egg white, beaten

8 BELGIAN WAFFLES
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. oil
2 c. milk
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together ingredients except egg whites.
2. Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until they form soft peaks.
3. Fold the beaten egg whites into the other ingredients.
4. Bake in waffle iron until lightly brown and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
The batter can be made the night before and stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
