2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
2 tsp. Soda
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt

Topping
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cube Butter or Margarine
2 Cups Powered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix all together grease glass 8 x 8 pan and bake until toothpick pulls out clean. Spread topping while still hot,
