1 c. C & H Granulated Sugar
1 c. C & H Light Brown Sugar
1 c. Crisco Shortening
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 1/4 c. Gold Medal All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Blend together in a large bowl, the sugars, shortening, and eggs. Add vanilla, soda, powder, and salt and blend well. Add flour and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Place by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8-9 minutes until golden brown.
