"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 small can tomato paste
c. dry white cooking wine
4 T. pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced

Add the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking until meat is tender and completely cooked through. About 25 minutes.

Note: If you can season the ground beef for 2 hours or overnight it is much better.

Serve with Frijoles Negros Cubanos, White Rice and Maduros.
Maduros are ripe plantains, we buy the frozen maduros because they are perfectly delicious when baked on a stone in the oven.
