1/2 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup coconut fat (the cream/fat from the top of a can of coconut milk)
1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 tablespoon softened butter
1 9-inch pie pan

1. Pre-heat oven to 400
2. Combine all ingredients and pour into 9-inch greased pie pan
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes
