Ingredients:  
Boneless chicken (can be white or dark meat)
Wooden skewers
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1" wide strips.
Place on wooden skewers and set aside.
In saucepan mix soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic and bring to boil stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Marinade chicken in glazing mixture. Overnight is best, but 15 minutes will do.
Grill (best) or bake until chicken is done.
Baste with remaining glaze while chicken is cooking.
