1 Jar artichokes in oil (quartered)
1 C mayonnaise
1 C Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Puree the artichokes. Fold in the mayonnaise and cheese. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crisp crackers.
