2 T all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1 can (10-1/2 oz) chicken gravy
4 cups hot mashed potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, pepper and thyme. Coat chicken. Place chicken in 2-qt shallow baking dish. Pour gravy over chicken. Bake at 375º 1 hr or until done.

Serve with potatoes.
