1 loaf challah, sliced
7 eggs, beaten
2½ cups low fat milk
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup flour
6 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with butter or baking spray, then fill with the slices of challah spread in 2 layers. Fill in all the spaces with torn pieces of bread if necessary.
2. Mix together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over the challah.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. The next day, bring to room temp. Preheat the oven to 375º. Meanwhile, combine topping ingredients (flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and softened butter) using a fork to make crumbly mixture.
5. Sprinkle the topping over the casserole.
6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the eggs are set. Serve warm.
