4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Place chicken breasts in a ziploc bag and add marinade, tossing to coat. Refrigerate 8+ hours or overnight.

Preheat mini-grill to medium-hot heat. Remove breasts from bag and discard marinade. Grill breasts 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
 

Peanut Sauce/Marinade

1/2 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. tamari sauce (gluten free)
1/4 c. smooth peanut butter (sugar free)
3 T. dry sherry
2 T. garlic, minced
1 tsp. chili oil or crushed red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
