1 head green leaf lettuce
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 cup sun-dried tomato pieces, packed in oil

Directions:

Wash and check lettuce. Tear lettuces and combine with sun-dried tomatoes in a large bowl. Toss with vinaigrette to coat.
 

Garlic-Dijon Vinaigrette

1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 T. red wine vinegar
10 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. dried parsley

Directions:

Whisk mustard, vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl. Add oil in a steady stream. Whisk until emulsified. Stir in celery seeds and parsley. Makes 1 1/4 c.
