4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
2 T vegetable oil
10 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup half and half or light cream
Hot cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown chicken in oil 4 minutes on each side. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in mustard and half and half. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over noodles.
