1 jar Trader Joe's Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce
1+lb. Trader Joe's Pork Tenderloin (long & skinny)
1 bag Trader Joe's Vegetable Fried Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Place pork in a square baking dish, pour curry simmer sauce over pork and bake for 30 minutes. Cut pork into thirds to check if pork is done, the center of pork should be light pink, place back in oven another 5-10 minutes if needed. Slice pork and coat with the simmer sauce.
Saute fried rice according to directions on the bag.
